LinkMarket.app

LinkMarket.app is the network's marketplace for digital assets: websites, domains, newsletters, apps and small online businesses.

Selling

• Prepare 12 months of traffic, revenue and cost figures
• Document how the business runs week to week
• Fix broken pages and renew domains before listing
• Use a written agreement and consider escrow

Buying

• Verify traffic and revenue with read-only access
• Check where traffic comes from and how stable it is
• Ask for a handover period
• Transfer the domain first, then hosting, code and accounts
