Photos

  • Natural light, clean background
  • Main photo first, then details and any flaws
  • At least four photos for items, more for property

Answer the questions buyers will ask: size, condition, age, what's included, pickup or delivery, and how to contact you.

Check similar listings and price fairly. Say if you're open to offers.

Replies

Fast, polite answers win most deals. Refresh your listing if it hasn't moved in a week.
